世界中を旅するジプシー料理人Asami Indigoがセレクトした自然派ワインと旬の野菜を使ったバルカン風のお料理をご用意。シチリア、北マケドニア共和国のレアワインやクラフトラキアを呑めるのはこの日だけです！
もちろん普段の焼酎やカクテル等も通常通りオーダー可能です。ぜひ乾杯しに来てください！

Unique natural wines selected by Asami Indigo, a gypsy chef who travels the world, and Balkan-style dishes using seasonal vegetables will be served. This is the only time you can drink rare wines and craft rakija from Balkans!
You can also order shochu and cocktails as usual bonobo bar.
No party or DJ on this day. We will be open only for food and bar.
