この度、know clue初の公開イベント『Gateway Experience』をbonoboにて開催します。
know clueは、音を起点に、音楽やその他の感覚的実践を通して、感覚に直接作用する純粋経験を探究するコレクティブです。本イベントは、その探究を初めて公開し、参加者とともに未知の感覚をひらく実験の場となります。
ゲストには、大変尊敬するSUGAI KENとOyubiを迎えます。
SUGAI KENは、私たちが音を収集し、非ダンスの可能性と向き合うなかで、一つの道標のような存在です。彼のライブセットは、音数を研ぎ澄ますことで一音一音が異様なまでの強度を帯び、音と音のあいだの余白までもが感覚を深く揺さぶります。
彼の音楽は、ダンスミュージックとはまったく異なる方法で、聴く者を別の感覚領域へと連れ出していきます。耳を澄ませていると、いつの間にか時間の感覚を失い、宇宙を彷徨っている。そして音が止んだあと、初めて自分がどこかへ飛んでいたことに気づきます。静けさの内側から立ち上がる、サイケデリアそのものです。今回は1時間のライブセットを披露していただきます。
Oyubiとは長年、友人として、そして尊敬するアーティストとして、その進化を見続けてきました。
心躍るサンプルチョップ、身体の重心を揺さぶる変態的なビート、次の一手を読ませない展開。その音には、ジューク／フットワークが持つ速度、遊び、そして身体を解放する切実さが息づいています。
複雑でありながら、決して頭だけの音楽にはならない。研ぎ澄まされた構築と衝動のまま踊らせる荒々しさが同居し、足元から感覚を更新していく。世界へ活動を広げながらも、現場とダンスに根ざし続けるOyubi。その現在地を1時間半のDJセットで披露していただきます。
異なる方法で感覚を揺さぶる二人が、この夜を形づくります。

We're excited to welcome you to know clue's first public gathering: Gateway Experience.
know clue is a sound-led collective exploring the immediate force of sensory experience through music and other material practices. This night marks our first public experiment.
Joining us are SUGAI KEN and Oyubi.
SUGAI KEN has long been a guiding presence in our exploration of sound beyond the dancefloor. Through an economy of sound, each element—and the space between—takes on an extraordinary intensity. His music draws you into another realm, until time dissolves and you find yourself drifting somewhere far away. Psychedelia emerging from stillness itself. He will present a one-hour live set.
We've known Oyubi for years as both a friend and an artist we deeply respect. Warped beats, sample chops and unpredictable turns channel the speed and playfulness of juke and footwork. Meticulous yet raw, his music moves the body before the mind can catch up. Rooted in the dancefloor, he will present a ninety-minute DJ set.
Two distinct approaches, each shifting the senses in its own way, will shape the night.
